Recommended to be between gestation weeks 20 to 36.

Lactation Massage

Breastfeeding? A word many mothers know but faced a rocky and tedious journey especially new mothers. 

Mastitis, clocked milk ducts, milk blisters? They sound scary but realistically ignorant to most new mothers. 

A post-natal lactation breast massage helps new mommies to  releases the milk to allow babies to absorb more at a faster rate. It also helps reduce engorgement, improve the suppleness of the breast to reduce the risk of sagging.

Post Natal Massage

It is a relaxing, therapeutic service for all new mothers to have the opportunity to pamper themselves and it can be done within the comforts of their own home.

 

Modern general practice is combined with Malay post-natal therapy for an effective experience. A tailor-made binder will be used to achieve a greater degree of effectiveness as a body wrap.

Duration of services:
Massage duration: 60 mins or 90 mins
Corset Binding: 15 minutes
*The massage is done first, followed by the binding process.

Commencement of services:
Natural Birth: 5 days after the delivery
C-section: 3 weeks after the delivery

Baby Massage
